Great hosts, attentive and understanding about late arrival. Comfy bed in a well-decorated room with a handy balcony. Convenient location for exploring the city. Walkable to attractions and close to the metro. Nice bonus of tea, pastries, and cold water provided.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, which was ideally located for exploring all the main tourist attractions. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed, including a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. The owners were incredibly friendly and provided me with useful tips and recommendations for restaurants and shopping. The daily complimentary coffee and croissants were a nice touch, and the location was very close to all the major sights.
There was some noise from the corridors and other guests, which could be a bit bothersome at times.

I received a helpful WhatsApp message from Francesco upon arrival, informing me of the convenient Airport Bus Shuttle and saving me on taxi fares. The hosts provided excellent assistance with recommendations for restaurants and attractions, making my stay in Rome much more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start each day. I highly recommend My Suite for a nice and value-for-money stay in Rome.
